2.1) Winning bid must pay remaining amount by ordered by the court deadline. There are NO REFUNDS of deposits if you change your mind or if you can't raise financing in time. (Timeline to settle is usually within 2 months.

2.2) Unsuccesful bids receive money back within a few days of announcing the winner.

2.3) 2nd highest bids are NOT refunded until the highest bid has settled the remaining amount. That is, the 2nd highest bidder can still win the bid.
